2. If you choose to work with us, we will send our team to quickly remove any furniture or other belongings from the area in order to mitigate the risk of incurring further damage.
3. Using professional grade equipment we will remove any standing water and dry the area completely. To ensure that mold and mildew have no chance of survival we utilize thermal imaging to make sure no area, seen or unseen, is left with moisture remaining.
4. Once the affected area is completely dry, free of mold/mildew, and all structural and electrical features have been deemed safe, we will move all of your belongings back to their rightful place.
