So the question is how can you tell if the person you want to hire is a true pro in this field? Here are some tips that will help:
- Do your due diligence, read the reviews online, read the certifcatrions they possess and lastly speak to the owner, trust your gut
- Ask questions of the tech that comes out for the estimate, look at the state of the truck / the equipment, and the person that arrives - do you want them in your home?
- Are they IICRC certified - if not - do not hire
- Do they understand how to work with insurance companies? This will be critical to get the $ you deserve.
